Points to Remember

  1. Passport should have at least 6 months validity from the date of application.
  2. Uganda Tourist Visa is a single entry Visa granted for up to 3 months.
  3. Travelers must enter Uganda within 30 days from the date of Visa approval.
  4. Available categories include tourism, business (meetings, conferences), studies, and family visits.
  5. Required documents include a copy of the passport bio-data page, recent passport-size photograph, vaccination certificate (Yellow Fever), and additional documents based on the purpose of travel.
  6. Applications are submitted online through the Immigration portal, and upon approval, travelers must report to the immigration office for biometric capture.
  7. Visa renewal is possible for an additional 60 days in two intervals, either online or at designated immigration offices.
